Integrative Counselling
My sessions support individuals to explore deep rooted issues uprooted from their childhood, by looking at their family system and how these may impact relationships and mental health.
Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a holistic form of medicine which uses very small amounts of a non-toxic substance to trigger a healing response in the body. Homeopathic medicines have an excellent safety record and they can be used by babies, children and during pregnancy.

Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan)
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is also known as the Yoga of Awareness; its focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. The technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit, which has no boundaries, no discrimination. Therefore, it is for everyone, universal and non denominational.
Meditation
Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to achieve a state of focused attention and inner peace, with mental and physical health benefits. It typically includes practices that cultivate awareness, concentration, and mindfulness.
Breathwork
When you feel stressed, your breath tends to become fast and shallow. This limits the oxygen entering your bloodstream. Your brain tells your body that there is a threat, and your body responds in fight or flight. When you take time to slow down and purposefully breathe deeply and slowly, you tell your brain that everything is OK. Your brain communicates to your body that it’s safe to relax. The fight or flight response decreases, and your body can begin to function normally again. Breathwork has roots in yoga practice. The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan and is based on the principle that there is a universal life force energy flowing through all living things. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (life force energy). This practice aims to harness this energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Gong Bath
The Gong works with vibration and sound working on the glandular and nervous system bringing balance to the mind, body and soul. Working with the energy channels focuses on deep healing through Ethereal and Earthly plane.
About Me

During our lifetime, we all go through difficult times which affects our well-being. We can feel lost and isolated with sometimes no one to talk to. We may have issues from our past, that we may wish to explore to live a more fulfilled life.
My soul’s journey has been of self-discovery and reconnection to the authentic self.
I am a multilingual Integrative Counsellor and a Yoga Teacher with vast experience of working with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds.
I work with clients in Punjabi, Hindi and English to look at family systems and to help identify life challenges and gain a better understanding.
I work with adults and young people aged 16-18, and provide a safe space to explore feelings, thoughts and experiences in an unbiased, supportive and confidential environment.
Focusing on helping individuals bring balance to their Mind, Body and Soul, using a Holistic Approach to healing and exploring ways to overcome challenges.
